This speciality blend can be served hot, or chilled over ice, with a slice of lemon.

The perfect brew

Serve hot:

Place 1 heaped teaspoon per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add boiling, filtered water. Allow to infuse for 5 minutes. Strain the tea and serve.

Perfect on its own or with a drizzle of honey.

Serve iced:

Place 2 heaped teaspoon per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add boiling, filtered water. Allow to infuse for 5 minutes. Strain the tea, then chill in the fridge. Once chilled, serve over ice and add fresh fruit, lemon or your chosen garnish.
